The running of extra-curricular activities depends very much on the availability of personnel and appropriate expertise from staff and visitors.
All Clubs are subject to change and each leader will inform their own group of this if, and when this occurs. In the event of last minute cancellations or changes you will be notified by text or phone as timely as is possible.
